Fendo Terms of Service
Last updated: September 7, 2026
These terms govern your use of Fendo, provided by Marco Pérez (“we” or “us”). Contact us at infodrizzle.contact@gmail.com. By using Fendo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Fendo is intended for adults aged 18 or older.
What Fendo provides
Fendo offers personal tracking, educational content, coping activities, and a virtual Grove to support your effort to stop using nicotine pouches. You decide what to record and which activities to use. Fendo does not monitor you, verify your entries, or guarantee that you will stop using nicotine.
Health information and estimates
Fendo is a general wellbeing and educational tool, not a medical service or a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Use a qualified healthcare professional for advice about nicotine dependence, withdrawal, medication, or your individual health. Do not delay care because of something shown in the app. Fendo is not an emergency service; contact local emergency services if you need urgent help.
Progress, money saved, nicotine quantities, health timelines, environmental comparisons, and other projections depend on your entries and general assumptions. They are estimates, not measurements of your body, guaranteed savings, extra lifespan, or clinically verified personal outcomes. General research may not apply to nicotine pouches or your circumstances. Illustrations and comparison graphics do not establish that Fendo will produce a particular success rate. Recording a pouch does not reset every progress category; continued journey progress is not proof of continuous abstinence or recovery.
App license and acceptable use
For downloads through Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement governs the software license. These terms supplement that agreement for Fendo’s service and do not replace it. The standard agreement controls any conflict concerning the software license, and mandatory consumer law always applies.
You may use Fendo for your personal, lawful use in accordance with that license. Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, infringe others’ rights, or copy or distribute its content except as permitted by the license or law. You retain rights to the content you enter. Fendo’s software, artwork, branding, and authored content remain owned by us or our licensors. Virtual trees, rewards, and scores have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for money.
Local data and your responsibilities
Read our Privacy Policy for how information is handled. Journey records are stored on your device, without a Fendo account or cloud sync. Protect your device and any backups you use. Analytics and subscription processing described in the Privacy Policy do not back up your journey. We cannot retrieve a server copy if your journey data is lost. App deletion, device changes, backup settings, or technical failures can affect your history. Supported editing and deletion tools do not necessarily erase every underlying record or previously earned reward.
Payments, subscriptions, and trials
Fendo offers monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple’s App Store, managed with RevenueCat. Both plans provide subscription access to Fendo. The yearly plan is billed upfront for the year, not in monthly installments. Active, verified access is required to activate a journey and use the core app. A displayed offer or an attempted purchase alone does not grant access.
Before you purchase, the App Store purchase screen will show the applicable price, currency, billing period, trial eligibility, and renewal terms. That confirmed offer governs your purchase; prices and availability can vary by region and may change for future offers. The initial subscription requires your authorization through Apple; subsequent automatic renewals do not require a new purchase confirmation. The yearly plan may include a three-day free introductory trial for eligible Apple Accounts when shown in the purchase offer. The monthly plan has no free trial. Trial eligibility is determined through the store, and users without a confirmed eligible trial see standard subscription billing.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with Apple’s purchase terms. An eligible free trial converts to the disclosed paid subscription unless canceled in time. To avoid renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current subscription period ends. Apple may charge for renewal within the 24 hours before that period ends. A trial may be limited to eligible Apple Accounts and may end immediately if canceled.
Manage or cancel subscriptions using Manage Subscription in Fendo Settings or iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting Fendo does not cancel a subscription. Local trial reminders are a convenience, may be unavailable or fail to arrive, and do not cancel billing or extend a cancellation deadline. See Apple’s cancellation instructions.
Apple handles billing and refund requests under its rules and applicable law. Request a refund through Apple’s Report a Problem service. Nothing in these terms removes a statutory right to a refund or other remedy. Use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account that purchased the subscription to restore eligible access; this does not restore local journey records.
When access expires or is revoked, the app requires a subscription or restoration of eligible access to continue using the core app. If access cannot be verified, you may need to reconnect and retry or restore. Subscription checks do not erase your saved local journey. Offline access depends on the subscription service’s cached status and applicable grace rules and is not guaranteed indefinitely. Canceling renewal ordinarily preserves paid access until the current period ends, subject to Apple’s rules, refunds, and revocations.
Availability and changes
We may fix, update, change, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every future device, or error-free calculations. We will provide notice of material changes affecting paid access where required and respect applicable rights to continued service, cancellation, or refunds. We may restrict use for material misuse, subject to applicable law. You may stop using Fendo at any time; cancel any subscription separately.
Responsibility and consumer rights
To the extent permitted by law, Fendo is provided as available without additional warranties beyond those required by law or expressly offered. We are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate entries, misuse, or events outside our reasonable control, except where the law makes us responsible. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. Your mandatory consumer rights and available legal remedies remain intact.
These terms do not require arbitration, waive class actions, or deprive you of protections or courts available under the law where you live. Contact us if there is a problem so we can try to resolve it; contacting us first is not a condition of exercising your legal rights.
Updates to these terms
We will publish revised terms here with an updated date and provide appropriate notice of material changes. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights relating to an existing purchase. Where the law requires agreement to a change, we will obtain it. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
